1. No item is shipped before full payment is received.

2. We endeavor to ship product within 24 hours of receiving a fully paid order. However, there are from time to time supplier shortages that result in delays. Fragrances Reimagined will communicate the delay and endeavor to get the order out as expeditiously as possible.

3. All prices are VAT Inclusive

4. Our fragrances are inspired by the scent profile of a well-known designer fragrance. It is not manufactured by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the original brand or designer. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Refund Policy

Each sale is final. Fragrances Reimagined will not be able to refund a client.

Shipping Policy

1. Fragrances Reimagined looks for the most reliable and cost efficient way in dispatching our clients' orders. We only utilize Courier Guy and the Pudo Locker system as it has been proven to be the most effective and cost saving method.
2. We ship to all over the Republic of South Africa.
3. Products can be picked up from our premisis in Pretoria by appointment - please email Fragrances Reimagined to arrange an on site pick up
